This model features a built-in "ZeppTUNE" AM/FM marine grade antenna. No antenna to mount. ZeppTUNE  antennas by Zeppelin Technologies are normally a $49.00 option but included with this listing at no extra charge.

WARRANTY: For the past 54 years we have maintained a full time service facility staffed by very skilled electronic technicians. We believe this sets us apart from most in our industry. When you purchase an item from us, you are guaranteed service for as long as you own the product. We not only service your in warranty needs but will service your purchase long after your initial warranty has expired. Your manufacturers warranty starts on the day you receive the product, not the day you say you installed it. Warranty duration's vary from product to product as specified by the individual manufacturer of individual components. If your item develops a defect during the warranty period we will not refund your money but we will make it right by correcting the defect, replacing or repairing the defective component. Our goal is to insure your purchase always performs as designed and intended, and make you happy whenever possible.

PRODUCTION UPGRADES: We are constantly improving and upgrading our products. We are always looking for ways to make our products look and perform better. Therefore we reserve the right to make certain improvements and upgrades to the product you purchase. Since every item we sell is hand built upon order, by one builder start to finish, certain improvements and upgrades are left to builder discretion, especially since no one knows more about how to make your system look and perform better than the one who built it. This policy gives you assurance the unit you receive will include the latest upgrades and improvements, rather than you receiving an older unit off the shelf. By purchasing any of our products you agree these upgrades, improvements and slight variations will never be considered “Not as Described.”
CANCELLATIONS: Be aware before you purchase. We do not grab a dusty unit off the shelf and ship it. We build every item we sell upon order. Your order is immediately sent to production the moment your payment clears. If you ask to cancel an order after your order has already been sent to production, even before it is completed or shipped and whether or not a shipping label has been created, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee will never be less than 10 percent plus any charges or fees we are not able to recover from eBay, Paypal or your credit card company. Cancellation fees can increase depending on the amount of time, labor and materials we have already expended on your unit at the time you request to cancel. If you attempt to cancel an order after it has been completed or shipped, or refuse delivery whether you previously asked to cancel or not, you will not be issued a refund for any shipping charges we have incurred even though they may be greater than the amount we charged you. We will not refund any amounts not recoverable from eBay, Paypal, your card company, or restocking fees up to 35 percent. In lieu of requesting a cancellation, If you open a case with eBay asking to return an item before it has been shipped, it will be treated as a cancellation and all cancellation fees and restocking fees described above shall apply. When you click to purchase on eBay it is a contractual agreement. When you ask us to build an item for you and we spend our valuable time we expect to get paid. If you don't intend on accepting and keeping the product, do not click to purchase it. Be aware, cancellations and returns can be expensive. RESTOCKING FEES: Sometimes but not always, at our option, we may agree to accept a return. In any case you will be charged a restocking fee. We will also make appropriate deductions for missing parts, books, manuals, damaged or soiled items, including the cost to refurbish and or repackage the returned item. Restocking fees shall partly be determined by the costs to repackage, refurbish, and or replace any soiled, damaged or missing items. Sometimes the value of the item you returned may be determined by the condition of the one you returned when compared to a brand new unblemished item of like kind and quality. In lieu of refund or restocking fees, we always reserve the right to return the unit back to you in the condition you returned it to us, or repair and return the unit back to you at an agreed price. Bear in mind, once an item has been sold, has been unboxed and or the shrink wrap has been removed, whether it has been installed or not, it cannot lawfully be sold as new again. Therefore a reduction in value shall always apply.
REFUNDS: Every item you purchase from us is backed by our own award winning service, manufacturers warranty and eBay buyer protection. In the unlikely event your item arrives physically damaged or with parts broken when you open the box, or is not as described, simply notify us within 10 days of receipt. We will make it right. If we can't make it right we will refund your money. For any item to qualify for a refund it must be returned in exact condition received. NO REFUNDS: We do not give refunds for items when defects are covered under your normal manufacturers warranty. Neither do we give refunds for stuff like “I changed my mind. My wife chewed me out for buying it. I maxed out my credit card and need my money back. Mine is not as loud as my friends. Summer is almost over and I no longer need it  I sold my cart. My child was fooling around with my computer and ordered it by mistake. I never got a chance to install it.” Or any other reason beyond our control. Further, we DO NOT give refunds for items which have been installed, attempted installed, have cut or nicked wires, been modified or powered up by an external power source such as an old battery you just happen to have sitting around the shop, subjected to physical damage, miswiring, abuse, accident, fire,water, etc. Neither will we refund items which have had their warranty seals broken, been into, or components removed without our prior consent. Or items with holes drilled in housing, has scratches, blemishes, dents, dings, etc. However, in lieu of refund we may be able to repair your item under the original manufacturers warranty, of course excluding those items which have been subjected to abuse, accident, fire, water, miswiring or tampering. Any item returned to us requesting a refund or repair found not to be defective will be returned to you at your expense.
RETURNS: We reserve the right to refuse or refund any item which is not returned to us in the exact condition received. Items returned with soiled, torn or damaged boxes, shrink wrap removed or partially removed, missing packing materials, missing books, manuals, cards, hardware, remotes, or any other item originally supplied, or has been modified, powered up using an external power source will not be considered returned in exact condition received. At our option, on a case by case basis, we may sometimes, but not always, agree to accept a returned item and make appropriate deductions for any and all soiled, damaged or missing items, plus the cost to repackage or refurbishing the returned item. If you return an item, not in the condition received and do not agree with these deductions, no refunds will be made and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Be aware, we are never obligated to accept for refund any item returned to us not in condition received. This does not mean we will not service and return your unit under your original warranty providing your problem is a warranty condition.
FREE SHIPPING: We are often asked why we don't give free shipping. The answer is very, very simple. We believe it should be very obvious to anyone seeking the best value for their hard earned money, everybody already knows nothing is really free. In order for a seller to give you so called “free shipping” they must do one of two things. Either raise the price enough to pay the shipping in order to make you believe shipping is free, or cut the quality of the item enough to pay for the shipping.

We refuse to do either. We believe the very best policy is not to try and pull the wool over your eyes. We refuse to cut the quality or raise the price. The price we charge for the item you are purchasing reflects the quality and value of the item. The price you pay for shipping reflects our actual out of pocket expense for the transportation, actual cost of boxes, packing materials, packaging, handling and insurance. We also believe our best focus should be on buyers seeking the best value for their hard earned money, not those looking for something free or cheap.
