This vintage Sears compact stereo is a multi-functional unit that will take you back in time.  For me, it was my years just out of high school and living on my own or with a roommate.  This was the late 70's, early 80's . . .a great time for music listening on a set very similar to this.
This system features an AM/FM radio, phono player, 8-track, and cassette player.  The unit has been carefully tested and here is what I have found:
1.  The AM/FM works flawlessly
2.  The Phonograph has power to it but turntable does not turn.
3.  The 8 track works as intended
4.  The Cassette does not work
5.  All display lights work as intended.
6 The plastic cover is intact with no cracks but does have some scratches as indicated in photos.
The unit has a sleek design and compact size, making it easy to fit into any space. With its various functions and your own speakers,  once repaired,  you can play your music in any format you prefer.
