This particular unit, although very clean, has some issues and is being sold for parts or repair even though it’s in a working state.
Please understand it’s sold as is , as pictured it does not include a warranty. It is a vintage piece of electronics and even if fully working could require service at any time
During my testing of this receiver, I have observed
-Power button does not function - receiver is always on
-Back speakers outputs, do not produce audio
-QS sensitizer only works correctly in hall mode
-One of the dual lightbulbs is out
That’s pretty much all I observed for the bad - now for the good
The dial is smooth as silk. The receiver is extremely powerful. The audio is crisp and clear.
Internally the receiver is clean, and there are no signs of issues capacitors look OK
This particular unit is from an estate and sat for a long time, so could use some TLC. It might just need a simple clean who knows!
Or you could just use it as is
