Epik Sentinel Subwoofer 12" . Condition is Used. Bought a while back for quite some money. The company has since gone under but this sub is still performing and kicking. Only selling to upgrade to an even larger sub. This sub was perfect blend of size for WAF (wife acceptance factor) in an apartment and output. Moved into a large house with a dedicated theater room and now have room for a larger size sub. Below is from the Epik website before it got taken down:
The Sentinel takes all of Epik's abilities in sound quality, output and low frequency prowess and focuses them into a true high output compact design for the discerning listener. It provides the most 20 Hz output in the smallest possible cabinet. It also provides musicality and sound quality that is found in similar subwoofers costing much more than the Sentinel.
You probably want a few particular things in a sub - monster output and room-shaking subsonics. All at a great price!
The only problem is that most everything on the market is too big. Even the "small" subwoofers offered by some online vendors don't fit comfortably into your room. What's worse is that most compact designs from other vendors tend to use lower quality amplifiers, cabinets and drivers than their bigger brothers.
