These are hand-me-down Bose Model 101 Music Monitor Stereo Speakers that I've held onto for more than a decade but never actually used. While I don't have an audio system that outputs in speaker wire to give these a thorough test, I've at least done a simple 9-volt battery test to confirm that the speakers do at least make noises.
